AAROGYA HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL

BHMS or Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery is an undergraduate academic degree course which covers medical knowledge of the Homoeopathic system. 

BHMS course is of 5½ year duration which includes an internship of 1 Year. The course can be pursued after completion of 10+2 level of education in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Biology with 50% marks in aggregate. Admission to the program is based on entrance exams like NEET etc.
 

After completing the course, candidates have a lot of career options and can job under various profiles such as Lecturer, Researcher , Scientist, Doctor, Therapist 

Homoeopathy is a different kind of system of Medicine which involves treating patients with medicines made of Highly Diluted substances in mainly Globules form that triggers the body’s Natural System of Healing. 

BHMS course allows candidates to choose any specialisation such as Homoeopathic Pharmacy, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Skin Specialist and Infertility to take care of patients with their Homoeopathic study knowledge exposure.

That he/she has passed 10+2 Standard Examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary education or its equivalent.

That he/she is not less than 17 years of age as per university admission notification.

That he/she is found suitable for admission on the basis of merit.

Attested copies of the following Certificates must accompany the application for admission:-

• High School examination certificates as proof of age, and a certificate of 10+2 Standard with physics, Chemistry & Biology or its equivalent.
• Original Transfer certificate from the last institution attended
• Migration Certificate
• 5 Passport Size Latest Photographs
• A certificate of good moral character issued with in six months period of the application from the head of the institution last attended or from a gazetted officer in active services or M.P. or M.L.A. or a Member of the      Management Board of the college.
• An applicant is required to submit along with his application, a declaration of the effect that he/she is not employed in any service

The Medical System of Homoeopathy still has takers. Homoeopathic remedies are known to be well diluted and made from natural resources. This has led to them being labelled as side effect free medications! This label has attracted lots of people towards Homoeopathic healing Another reason behind its rising popularity is the fact that Homoeopathy helps avoid surgery and cure without invasive measures. This means that qualified Homoeopathic doctors are still in demand.

After completing B.H.M.S course, one may start practising as a Homoeopathy Doctor in Government Hospitals, Private Hospitals / Clinics  or Community Health Centres. One may also start his or her own Private Practice.

Since BHMS graduates possess knowledge about homeopathic medications, they get hired by Pharmaceutical firms producing homeopathic dilutes and medications. BHMS graduates may work in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality control and Marketing in such Companies.
